Talha Mart LLC offers a limited warranty on eligible products against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard warranty period is:

This limited warranty covers:

If a product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, we may:

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water damage (unless the product is labeled waterproof)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions

Talha Mart LLC reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under warranty coverage.


4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

We may request additional information to process your claim.


5. Resolution

Once the claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, OR

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If the defect is confirmed:

  • Talha Mart LLC may cover replacement shipping costs.

If the issue is not covered under warranty:

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


7. Disclaimer

This limited warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Talha Mart LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
