This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as non-returnable


3. Return Process

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not send items back without prior approval.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@talhamartllc.com.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company.

  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
